Construction Manager

Selects, trains, and supervises all employees on the project. Implements project plans, timelines, and budget. Coordinates with government agencies on contracts. Monitors progress of project and its budget, making corrective action where necessary. Approves projects after conducting inspections at each phase. Maintains a secure and safe working environment for employees and surrounding community. Continuously learns about new construction practices and participates in educational opportunities whenever possible. Performs other related duties as assigned.
