This role involves finishing and cleaning up castings of buckles and other small hardware, primarily in brass, white brass, and sterling silver. There may also be some soldering and hand-forging tasks. Responsibilities: Finish and clean castings of hardware (buckles, small parts) in various metals (brass, white brass, sterling silver) Potential for soldering and hand-forging work Apply patinas and other finishing methods taught during initial training Ensure quality and consistency in each piece Requirements: Experience as a jeweler or metal worker Access to your own bench and tools Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Detail-oriented with a high standard of craftsmanship Comfortable with training on our specific methods and patinas Compensation: Piece work - fixed price per piece, with the potential to earn based on output.
