Project Coordinator Role:
Client Engagement Collaborate with the sales team, customers, and construction personnel to ensure project alignment and customer satisfaction.
Needs Assessment Understand customer needs and requirements, translating them into actionable plans.
Subcontractor Management Select, coordinate, and manage subcontractors for various project tasks.
Work Delegation Assign and delegate work across external teams.
Project Monitoring Monitor project progress, timelines, and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.
Issue Resolution Proactively identify and resolve delays, emergencies, or unforeseen issues.
Reporting Prepare and present regular progress updates to clients and internal & external teams.
Documentation Maintain thorough documentation of project activities, change orders, and communications.
Project Coordinator Background Profile:
Minimum 1 year of project management or project coordination experience construction related experience preferred
Prior experience with warranty claims is a plus
Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Strong time management and prioritization skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
