F.H. Stoltze is hiring for a front end loader operator to run our dirt by-product classifier. Job Title: Equipment Operator Front End LoaderTarget hire date: ASAPNumber of Individuals needed: 1Department: Classifier Shift Schedule: Day Shift - Tuesday - Friday 40hrs/week 10 1/2hr shifts - Shift time and schedule can be negotiated.Wage: $22.55/Hour - $25.27/Hour Desired skills: Must be at least 18 years old. With Equipment Loader experience and some mechanical maintenance experience, and ability. Able to take directions and work independently and safely without direct supervision. Must be punctual and have consistent attendance. Job Summary: Under the supervision of the Plant Supervisor, the Classifier Operator, position's primary duty is to sort mill biowaste debris using a front-end loader and running the dirt debris through a screen table to separate wood, rock, and dirt for reuse. Essential Job Functions:Operates a front-end loader efficiently and safelyConducts daily inspections, cleaning, fueling, and basic maintenance of equipment, reporting any issues to the mechanical shopLoads and separates plant waste by-products through a screen tableLoads customer trucks with dirt filings as requiredPerform maintenance of the screen table Hauls by-products to and from areas as neededAssists other operators and employees as neededFull time position with full benefits package offered, Holiday Pay, Vacation, 401K with company match, full medical: Dental and Eye plan and employee incentives.
