A small privately owned family paving company in Chesterfield County has openings for the following positions. Looking for people that are dependable, hardworking, willing to learn and become team leader. Work entails both commercial and residential asphalt paving and sealing.
Paving Operator
3-5 yrs' experience in operating machinery in the asphalt industry.
Must be a minimum 18 years old Must have a valid Drivers Lics w/ little to no negative reporting.
Must provide own transportation to and from work.
Paving Labor Positions
1-2 years' experience in the asphalt industry

If t is a breakdown in communication anyw in any of these facets of road construction, the job is doomed. That's not an option at Schaad Asphalt.
