Selected candidates who have completed the application will be invited to schedule a 30-minute screening call via phone call with of our Recruiters. Next, candidates will be scheduled for 1-4 team members representing critical stakeholders for the Business Development Manager role. This will include the Director of Sales for the region and can also include Commercial partners and the HRBP. Finally, candidates will be scheduled for a 30-minute interview with the EVP of Sales.
