Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee ground-up commercial construction projects in the New Haven area. This is a leadership role with full ownership from preconstruction through closeout on projects ranging from $5M-$40M. *Client Details* Our client is an established general contractor with over 30 years of experience delivering high-quality commercial, institutional, and mixed-use projects across Connecticut. Known for their collaborative approach, financial strength, and low turnover, they offer a supportive environment for construction professionals seeking long-term growth. *Description* * Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of ground-up construction projects * Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, and engineers throughout the project lifecycle * Coordinate and manage all subcontractor activities, contracts, and change orders * Drive project schedules and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery * Monitor and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost tracking * Enforce site safety and quality standards in alignment with company policies and OSHA requirements * Prepare and lead OAC and internal progress meetings * Collaborate with estimating and preconstruction teams during early project phases * Mentor Assistant PMs and Field Staff to support team development *Profile* 5 years of PM experience managing ground-up commercial projects.
