Forklift Driver and Yard Laborer

Forklift Driver & Yard Laborer Type: Full-Time, Evaluation to Hire Location: Woodinville Pay: $24 per hour Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30AM - 4:00PM Job Responsibilities: - Assist with cleaning and related duties to support plant operations - Operate a forklift to move bins and equipment - Perform yard and facility cleanup and general maintenance - Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of PPE Qualifications/Requirements: - Ability to work indoors and outdoors in dusty, dirty, and noisy conditions - Steel-toed boots required; all other PPE will be provided - Must be physically capable of performing tasks that involve climbing, heavy lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and material handling - Experience working in high traffic, safety conscious environments - Willingness to work in all weather conditions and noisy, dusty areas while wearing required PPE - Strong understanding of and adherence to safety procedures and protocols - Flexibility to adapt to changing work conditions and assignments - Ability to work effectively as part of a team - Experience in the scrap metal industry is a strong asset - High school diploma or equivalent - Current forklift certification strongly preferred but not required - Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check Benefits Available to Eligible Express Associates: - Medical Plan - Dental Plan - Holiday Pay (6 Days Observed) - 401 (k) Retirement Savings Plan - Vision/Eyewear Plan - Life Insurance - Prescription Drug Reimbursement - Short-Term Disability - Referral Bonuses Express Office: Lynnwood 19009 33rd Ave W Ste 204 Lynnwood, WA 9803... #ExpressProsLynnwoodWA #2592LI
