We are seeking an experienced and adaptable Welder who can confidently perform in a fast-paced shop or field environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in quality welds, works well independently or on a team, and has the ability to switch between MIG, TIG, Stick, and Flux-Core processes as needed. What You'll Do: Perform various types of welding (MIG, TIG, Stick, and/or Flux-Core) on carbon steel, stainless, aluminum, and other alloys Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawings to complete precise, code-compliant welds Set up equipment, select proper tools and filler materials, and adjust parameters for each job Fabricate and assemble components and structures using cutting, grinding, and fitting tools Conduct visual and dimensional inspections on completed welds to ensure quality standards Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet deadlines and production goals Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area, and follow all safety protocols What We're Looking For: 2+ years of welding experience across multiple processes Ability to weld in various positions (flat, vertical, overhead, etc.) Comfortable working from blueprints and fabrication drawings Strong attention to detail, work ethic, and pride in producing clean, strong welds Experience with fabrication tools (grinders, torches, saws, clamps, etc.) AWS certifications or the ability to pass a weld test (a plus, but not required) Willingness to assist with fabrication, fitting, or general shop tasks when needed What We Offer: Competitive hourly pay , based on skill and experience Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer match Paid time off and holiday pay Opportunities for cross-training, certifications, and advancement A stable work environment that values your versatility and craftsmanship Apply Today - Put Your Welding Skills to Work!
