Wood Craftsman Apprentice Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC machines to produce hardwood finish trim components according to specifications Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during the machining process Develop and modify CNC programs using AutoCAD CTB and Fusion 360 software to achieve precise and accurate machining results Schedule & Pay: 1st shift, 6:30AM - 5:00PM; M-TH with potential overtime on Fridays and some Saturdays $22-26/HR, BOE Craftsman Qualifications: Previous programming experience C.R. Onsrud CNC experience a plus 2+ years of CNC experience required, focus on woodworking or finish trim production a plus Strong mechanical ability Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality products Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team Apply Now!
