Pay Range: $30.00 to $45.00 an hour + spiffs/incentives, based on experience and credentials

Benefits: Insurance (health, dental, and vision, with minimal out-of-pocket cost for the employee), 401k with 4% company match, 8 Paid Holidays + Floating Birthday Holiday (to be used in birthday month), 1 hour paid sick leave for every 40 hours worked

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance to improve system efficiency and longevity.
  • Communicate findings, recommendations, and repair options to customers.
  • Ensure all work is performed in compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships.
  • Maintain accurate records of service calls, parts used, and customer interactions.
  • Stay up to date with industry advancements and participate in training opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of HVAC service experience.
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
  • EPA certification and additional industry certifications are a plus.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Must possess basic hand tools.
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
