Types of Projects You’ll Work On:

• Residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional land development

• Feasibility studies and site layout

• Stormwater hydrology analysis and design

• Erosion control and NPDES permitting

• Post-construction stormwater management

• Utility, lighting, and landscape design

• Lot grading and septic plans

• Subdivisions

• Environmental impact studies

• Construction observation

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and assist in design and planning efforts for a variety of land development projects

• Prepare engineering plans and technical reports

• Manage stormwater and erosion control permitting processes

• Collaborate closely with team members and clients to meet project goals

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on land development

• EIT or PE license required

• Strong background in stormwater management

• Detail-oriented, collaborative, and motivated to grow professionally
