Types of Projects You’ll Work On:
Residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional land development
Feasibility studies and site layout
Stormwater hydrology analysis and design
Erosion control and NPDES permitting
Post-construction stormwater management
Utility, lighting, and landscape design
Lot grading and septic plans
Subdivisions
Environmental impact studies
Construction observation
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and assist in design and planning efforts for a variety of land development projects
Prepare engineering plans and technical reports
Manage stormwater and erosion control permitting processes
Collaborate closely with team members and clients to meet project goals
Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on land development
EIT or PE license required
Strong background in stormwater management
Detail-oriented, collaborative, and motivated to grow professionally
