Job Title: Project Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a Project Coordinator for a 12-month role with the potential to transition into a permanent position, contingent on the project's progress. The role focuses heavily on documentation and organization within a construction setting.

Responsibilities

  • Organize the schedule of materials and machine drop-offs at the job site.
  • Communicate effectively with subcontractors to ensure project alignment.
  • Take meticulous meeting minutes to capture discussions and decisions.
  • Manage change orders to accommodate project adjustments.
  • Handle Requests for Information (RFI) to clarify project details.
  • Perform take-offs to determine material quantities.

Essential Skills

  • Proficiency in construction knowledge.
  • Strong document control capabilities.
  • Experience in project management within the construction industry.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Ability to ensure the end client receives equipment and training manuals.
  • Heavy documentation skills are crucial for success in this role.

Work Environment

This position is based onsite in a trailer at the job site, requiring coordination with various team members, including the Project Manager, Superintendent, and subcontractors. The environment is dynamic and involves substantial interaction with team members to maintain project timelines and deliverables.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $40.00/hr.
