For this position, we are seeking a dynamic self-starter who enjoys working with others and excels in a fast-paced, flexible, and hands-on environment. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, professional and communicative.
What We Offer:
4-Day Work week M-T
Full-Time, 40-hours per week
Overtime when required (offered almost every week)
4-DAY WORK WEEK Monday-Thursday
This is a long-term Full-time position
1-week paid time off accrued 1st year
2-weeks paid time off after 2nd year
Time and a half after 40 Hours

Ideally Have 2 + years of experience in Carpentry/Finish/Trim work
Should know how to hang doors, Basic Framing skills, Install Cabinet doors, lay flooring, finish & install Corian countertops (easy to lean)
Experienced in holding tight tolerances
Knows the fundamentalscan work independently without cutting corners
Has basic personal tools (cordless drill, hammer, screwdrivers, etc.)
Stand for long periods of time
Enjoy learning an array of different skills and processes
Keep an organized workspace
Have consistent attendance
Work well with other internal departments
Valid drivers license required & Reliable Transportation
Be comfortable with the operation of power tools,
Ability to Stand, Stoop, kneel, crawl, lay, bend, squat, and walk for long periods of time
Ability to lift 75 pounds
Must strive for continuous improvement, accepting responsibility for results, and effectively manage time to meet deadlines
