**Job Description:**
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **CAD Technician** to join our team! In this role you will get to **support the design and installation of technical security systems.**
**What You'll Be Doing:**
+ Produce to scale architectural drawings representing site plan layouts
+ Produce to scale architectural drawings representing floor plan layouts
+ Produce to scale wall elevation drawings depicting layout of electronic and electrical equipment
+ Produce isometric details of electrical and electronic equipment Produce riser diagrams
+ Produce electrical diagrams and single-line drawings
+ Produce schedules
+ Ability to read, interpret electrical and electromechanical schematics and architectural drawings
+ Ability to perform architectural surveys and elevations
+ Communicate effectively with Design Engineers and other staff
**What Required Skills You'll Bring:**
+ Active Top Secret security clearance or higher
+ Associates degree in Engineering Technology, Electronics Technology, Civil Engineering Technology, or Mechanical Engineering Technology (experience may be substituted for education)
+ Ability and willingness to travel domestically as required
+ Use Autodesk AutoCAD software including AutoCAD 15, 18 and MEP
**What Desired Skills You'll Bring:**
+ Three progressive years of direct experience and CADD Certificate preferred
**Security Clearance Requirement:**
An active Top Secret security clearance is required for this position.
