MIG Welder**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder to perform basic welds on a daily basis, follow blueprints to meet customer specifications, and collaborate with production supervisors to achieve goals. This role involves lifting up to 50 lbs throughout the day and laying beads on steel and metal, with 3/8th of an inch being the most common. You will work closely with fellow fabricators to ensure process flow.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform basic welding tasks daily.

**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in welding and fabrication.
+ Experience with blueprint reading.
+ Ability to operate a brake press and use calipers.
+ At least one year of experience in welding and fabrication.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Ability to improve processes and increase production flow.
+ Flexibility in work hours upon request.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $28.00/hr.
