What We're Looking For:

• 5-8 years in commercial HVAC installation (lead or senior-level experience preferred)
• Ability to install rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, VRF systems, ductwork, and ventilation systems
• Proficient in ductwork installation
• Skilled in running refrigerant lines and managing all aspects of HVAC/R system installations from start to finish
• Strong understanding of blueprints, schematics, and job site planning
• Ability to lead a team and ensure installations meet safety and quality standards
• EPA certification (Type II or Universal) required
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with customers and contractors
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
• Be available for on-call duty
• Attend monthly safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
