Job Description and Duties
HEP Operator Apprentice: Under close supervision of the Chief Hydroelectric Plant (HEP) Operator and the guidance of the Senior HEP Operator and/or HEP Operator, the HEP Operator Apprentice assists and receives training in performing either manual or remote control water and power operating and switching on pumping/generating units in hydroelectric pumping or generating plants and associated facilities.
