- Manage medium to large-scale projects across all phases.
- Collaborate with design and technical leaders to ensure project success.
- Develop project proposals, scopes, fees, work plans, and schedules.
- Coordinate consultants and manage project documentation and communication.
- Oversee budgets, schedules, and client expectations.
- Monitor financial performance and ensure timely billing.
- Contribute to the development of project management standards and best practices.
- Mentor team members and foster interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Professional degree in Architecture or Interior Design from an accredited program.
- 15+ years of experience in commercial architecture/design and project management.
- Advanced knowledge of design processes, building codes, and construction methods.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as BlueBeam Revu and Clearview.
- Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, and a desire for continuous learning.
- Demonstrated success in client and consultant coordination.
- Passion for mentoring and team development.
- Career Project Manager with satisfaction in this role; preference for candidates without former director-level or studio leader experience.
