Senior Electrical Engineer
Job Description

The Senior Electrical Engineer will oversee and lead the design of electrical control systems to ensure safe, effective, and efficient operation of products and processes. This role requires meeting and exceeding quality and production standards, as well as customer documentation and delivery requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of electrical control systems.
  • Ensure compliance with company quality and production standards.
  • Manage customer documentation and delivery requirements.
  • Develop and implement engineering standards for LV switchgear assemblies.
  • Comply with applicable codes and customer specifications.
  • Ensure workflow remains within schedule and budget requirements.
Essential Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in overseeing, leading, and designing electrical product control systems.
  • 3+ years of experience utilizing AutoCAD Electrical.
  • Proven ability in the electrical power engineering discipline.
  • Competencies across electrical, mechanical, and software design and commissioning functions.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • BSEE preferred but not required.
  • Commercial and design experience related to renewables, emerging energy markets, data centers, battery systems, stored energy, and charging stations is a plus.
Work Environment

This is an onsite position requiring regular interaction with equipment on the shop floor. Minimal travel, less than 10%, may be required in the future. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $150000.00/yr.

Weekly Premiums $65.00 for 1 or more
Benefits will start the first day following the month of your start date.
401K benefit will start the first day of the month following 30-days of employment.
Non-Union Employees are required to sign up for the IBEW Health Care Plan.
