Summary - Architectural CAD Designer

Responsibilities:

* Utilize AutoCAD and BIM software for creating drawings.

* Coordinate any ongoing project revisions and addendums as required.

* Maintain ongoing custom CAD libraries and standards.

* Communicate effectively with team, consultants, vendors, and clients.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

* Proficient in AutoCAD

* Demonstrate proficiency in interpreting Architectural and Structural Design Documents.

* Basic knowledge of standard construction practices and frame carpentry.

* Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat or Bluebeam Revu software.

* Good written and verbal communication skills.

* Efficient, thorough, detail oriented, and dedicated to quality work.

* Degree in Architecture/Engineering technology, Building Construction or prior experience in detailing recommended.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000
