Leadership qualities

Organized, responsible, task oriented person

Complete comprehension / proficiency of ArchiCAD preferable

Work experience with Design Development and Construction Drawings

Administrative Experience

Construction administration experience

Ability to communicate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, permitting agencies, and clients

Masters or Bachelor of Architecture degree
