We specialize in high end/ custom single family residential Architecture.

Current work include various ground up single family residential projects in Malibu, Ojai, Santa Barbara and several fire rebuild projects in the Pacific Palisades.

This is a small practice that offers exposure to the full range of experiences and due to its size, much room for advancement. We recently relocated our studio from West Hollywood to Ventura (the best kept secret in California). This is an opportunity to work in a unique, collaborative environment in a comfortable laid back setting.

Seeking a Project Manager / Architect that brings some significant experience with custom residential projects from Schematic Design through CDs including Construction Administration.

Requirements:

1 years min. experience in residential design

Experience in all phases from SD through CD

Experience coordinating with consultants and contractors

Strong skills/ interest in custom design and detailing

AutoCAD knowledge (2d and ideally 3d)

Our workflow includes primarily AutoCAD, Twinmotion visualization and 3d printing. We are playing with integrating Revit (not a requirement, can be learned)
