A well-established RIBA-chartered architectural practice in Essex is seeking a newly qualified Architect to join their collaborative, innovation-driven team. Known for delivering tailored, high-quality design solutions, the practice specialises in retail, residential, and commercial projects that consistently exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities:

* Lead and support the design process across all RIBA work stages

* Produce and coordinate detailed construction drawings and specifications

* Oversee project delivery, including contract administration and site inspections

* Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and stakeholders

* Contribute to planning applications, feasibility studies, and design documentation

Requirements:

* ARB-registered Architect (Part 2 experience also considered)

* Experience working in a UK-based architecture practice

* Sound knowledge of UK planning policy, building regulations, systems, and construction methods

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Confident working both independently and collaboratively

* Strong design sensibility and attention to detail

* Proficiency in AutoCAD is beneficial
