Superintendent of Construction**

**Job Description**

As a Superintendent of Construction, you will be responsible for reviewing project documents to allocate workers and resources to the necessary projects. You will collaborate directly with home builders on changes and updates to the build, generate project schedules for ongoing and upcoming projects, and order products as needed for each daily job. Additionally, you will track daily production, mentor and train carpenters, foremen, and project engineers on site, and use Microsoft systems for all data entry. You will coordinate and lead daily crew meetings, assist in all construction duties as needed to support the team, and occasionally operate heavy equipment. Lifting up to 70 pounds throughout the day is required on the job site.

**Responsibilities**

+ Review project documents to allocate workers and resources to projects.

+ Order products as needed for daily jobs.

+ Track daily production.

**Essential Skills**

+ Expertise in construction, construction management, and construction supervision.

+ Experience in residential and commercial construction.

+ Proficiency in project management.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ 10 years of experience as a residential superintendent overseeing a crew of 10 or more.

+ Experience in building restaurants is a significant advantage.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $43.00 - $45.00/hr.
