We are seeking a production associate with a focus on fabrication/assembly to join our team on 1st shift. This role involves working with metal products and requires a strong attention to detail and mechanical skills.

**Responsibilities**

+ Utilize computers to track production orders.

+ Measure and mark steel for machine operations.

+ Read and interpret production documents accurately.

+ Operate drill presses and saws efficiently.

+ Perform mechanical assembly using hand and power tools.

+ Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.

**Essential Skills**

+ Proficiency in using hand tools.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

+ Competency in using tape measures for precise measurements.

+ Experience in machine operation, specifically with drill presses and saws.

+ Skillful use of power tools for mechanical assembly.

+ Knowledge in fabrication and grinding.

**Available Shift & Pay**

+ 1st shift: 6:00AM - 4:30PM (Monday - Thursday, OT would be on Friday)

+ **$19**

**Job Type & Location**

This is a Contract to Hire position located in the East side of Indianapolis, Indiana.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
