Immediate opening for experienced steel fabricators in our AISC certified fabrication shop. We have been a leader in steel building fabricating since 1977. Minimum 3 yrs of experience fabricating Structural Steel, stairs, rails and or other miscellaneous steel off of CAD drawings. The right candidate can hit the ground running doing layouts and fabricating columns and beams and has held a welding certification in the last 3 yrs.
Competitive Wage based on experience with attractive company benefits. Matching 401K, Health, Paid Holidays, vacation. 4 x 10hr days with OT on Friday and company paid BBQ lunch every Thursday (sounds goofy but we have been doing Thursday lunch for about 20 yrs and the entire company comes). If you have worked in another steel fabrication shop, we would love to have you look at our shop and talk to our employees, who most have been with us for 5yrs -10yrs.
If you are a person who thrives on drama, a ball busting environment where you are just a number and no one knows your name or cares to learn your name, then we are NOT the place for you ;-)
4x 10 work weeks with OT on Friday. We can count on one hand how many Weekends we have asked our guys to work. Enjoy your weekend!!

A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education
