Design Engineer - EIT

Summary: Seeking a Design Engineer - EIT to produce construction plans and technical documentation for multi-family development projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Three years of proven work experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Hydraflow (or equivalent), Microsoft Office, Bluebeam
• Current EIT, or ability to obtain within 1 year of employment

Preferred Skills:

• Willingness to learn and work independently

Responsibilities:

• Design and production of construction plans, technical calculations, reports, and permit documentation
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders
• Perform hydrologic analyses
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the engineering team
• Develop tree management/landscaping plans, site grading plans, earthwork calculations, erosion and sedimentation control plans, and utility plans including water and sanitary sewer design

Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
