What You'll Be Doing

Communicate and build relationship with homeowners
Assist in managing home remodeling projects from start to finish
Communicate with vendors, order materials, and maintain project flow
Support a team of subcontractors and W2 field workers
Use Jobber CRM to manage tasks and timelines
Help ensure jobs are on budget, on time, and up to standard
What You Bring to the Table

1-2 years experience in residential remodeling/construction
Restaurant experience (a must we love service-minded team players!)
Tech-savvy and organized, especially with CRMs like Jobber
Must live within 20 miles of Phoenixville, PA
Passion, grit, integrity, and a hunger to grow and learn
