Carpenter Assistant

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Execute high-quality carpentry work, including framing, trim, and cabinetry installation.

- Assist in structural work, utility installation, grading, and landscaping as needed.

- Read and interpret blueprints and construction documents accurately.

- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure timely project completion.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

- Valid OSHA 10 card (must possess or be willing to obtain immediately upon hire).

- Ability to operate construction tools and machinery safely and efficiently.

- Strong work ethic and a passion for building and construction.

- Experience in construction (1 year for assistants; 5 years for carpenters) preferred.

- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation to job sites.

**Schedule:**

- 8-hour shifts from 7 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
