Architectural Project Manager

We're looking for a talented and driven Architectural Project Manager to join our growing team! This is an exciting opportunity to lead impactful mixed-use and multi-family residential projects from concept through construction. You'll work closely with senior leadership, collaborate with in-house engineers, and help shape the built environment through thoughtful design and technical excellence.

What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day project activities and oversee junior team members.
• Lead design development and construction documentation using Revit.
• Conduct zoning and building code analysis, site planning, and 3D visualizations.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout all project phases.
• Participate in job site visits, technical detailing, and interdisciplinary collaboration (C, S, M, E, P).
• Support proposal development, presentations, and in-house training initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• 3-8 years of experience in mixed-use and multi-family residential architecture.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Solid understanding of building codes, construction systems, and detailing.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (Licensure or path to licensure preferred).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
