As a Lead HVAC Tech, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of service while managing junior techs, coordinating projects, and maintaining customer relationships. HVAC Service Technician Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems in both residential and small commercial environments.
Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment issues, providing prompt and reliable solutions.
Supervise and mentor junior technicians, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
Maintain excellent communication with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

HVAC Service Technician Qualifications:
3+ years of HVAC experience with a strong technical background.
Valid HVAC experience required.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
