Lead Painter Residential & Light Commercial
Pay: $20 $30/hour, depending on experience

Were looking for an experienced Lead Painter to join our team. We focus on high-quality residential painting with some light commercial projects. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, is confident with a sprayer, and can run jobs independently or lead a small crew.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage painting projects from start to finish

Prep surfaces (caulking, sanding, masking, patching, priming) for a professional finish

Operate airless and HVLP sprayers with skill and precision

Apply paint, stain, and coatings to interior and exterior surfaces

Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized

Communicate clearly with clients and team members

Supervise and assist other painters on site

Track job progress and report updates to the office

Qualifications:
35+ years of painting experience

Proficient with sprayers and other professional painting tools

Strong understanding of prep work, coatings, and application techniques

Able to work independently and manage small crews

Reliable transportation and basic tools

Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic

Physically able to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders or scaffolding

Preferred (but not required):
Experience with drywall repair or light carpentry

Bilingual (English/Spanish)

OSHA or safety certifications

Pay: $20 $30/hour, based on experience and skill level.
