Tile Installer/Setter needed

We are seeking experienced Tile Installers/Setters to join our team. The shift time is Monday-Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Responsibilities:
-Measure and mark surfaces to be tiled, following blueprints or layout instructions.
-Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying adhesives or mortar.
-Cut tiles to fit using hand and power tools.
-Lay tiles in specified patterns, ensuring proper alignment and spacing.
-Apply grout between tiles and clean off excess.
-Seal tiled surfaces as needed to protect against moisture and wear.
-Repair or replace damaged tiles and surfaces.
-Ensure work meets local building codes and safety standards.
-Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
-Maintain a clean and safe job site.

Requirements:
-Two or more years of experience as a Tile Setter or similar role.
-Steel-toed boots, a hard hat, and a safety vest are required.
-Knowledge of different tile materials and installation techniques.
-Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements.
-Skilled in using tile-cutting tools and equipment.
-Good physical condition and stamina.
-Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
-High school diploma or equivalent;
-Vocational training is a plus.
-Valid driver's license (if traveling to job sites).

Preferred:
-Certification from a trade school or tile-setting program.
-OSHA safety training certification.
-Experience with waterproofing techniques and materials.
