Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and proven leadership experience, with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. This individual will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, subcontractors, and materials procurement to ensure every job is completed on schedule and within budget.

-Key Responsibilities:

-Project Management:
Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from start to finish.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
Maintain clear project schedules and milestones; track progress and resolve delays.
-Team & Subcontractor Management:
Lead and manage on-site construction teams and subcontractors.
Negotiate contracts and terms with subcontractors and suppliers.
Ensure all teams are aligned with project goals and safety standards.
-Material & Resource Management:
Order and manage timely delivery of materials to job sites.
Coordinate with suppliers to maintain inventory levels and avoid project delays.
-Client & Stakeholder Communication:
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Provide regular updates on project status, challenges, and milestones.
-Quality & Compliance:
Monitor construction processes for compliance with building and safety codes.
Conduct inspections to ensure quality standards are met throughout the project.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Construction Manager or in a similar leadership role.
Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Proficient in project management software, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred:
Degree or certification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
OSHA certification or safety training a plus.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
