Experienced Welder/Fabricator

We're on the hunt for a motivated, skilled, and ambitious individual to join our growing fabrication team. If you're an experienced welder who can read blueprints, take direction, and bring creative fabrication ideas to the table, we want to hear from you.

What Were Looking For:

A minimum of 3 years welding experience (you will be tested)
Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints
Confident in fabricating custom parts from scratch not just following instructions but thinking creatively
Willingness to collaborate on product design improvements
Consistent, clean, and presentable welds this is critical as all welding is done on high-visibility off-road vehicles
Must be self-sufficient this is NOT an entry-level position; no training will be provided

Experience with the following is a big plus:

Shear, ironworker, press brake, saw, lathe, mill, and hand tools

Additional Requirements:

Ability to lift 50 lbs
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Follow all safety protocols and company policies
Attention to detail is non-negotiable

Pay & Benefits:

$22$30/hr based on skill level, fabrication ability, machine knowledge, and team fit
Full-Time | MondayThursday, 8:00 AM4:30 PM | 10-hour shift

Valid drivers license
