Handyman NEEDED

Looking for a full time, maintenance/handyman employee. Must have related experience as well as a positive attitude.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

-High level of attention to detail.
-Work cooperatively with other employees.

Duties to include but not limited to:
Handyman Job Skills

Technical & Trade Skills:
* General plumbing (leaky faucets, drain clearing, toilet replacement)
* Basic electrical work (light fixture replacement, outlet repair, ceiling fan installation)
* Carpentry (door repairs, trim/molding, cabinet work)
* Drywall installation and patching
* Interior and exterior painting
* Flooring installation and repair (tile, vinyl, wood)
* Appliance installation and minor repair (dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal)
* HVAC maintenance basics (filter replacement, thermostat adjustment)
* Fence and deck repair
* Gutter and siding maintenance
* Caulking, sealing, and grouting
* Furniture and fixture assembly (TV mounting, shelving)

Tools & Safety:
* Skilled in the use of hand and power tools
* Follows safety procedures and building codes
* Ability to lift heavy items and work on ladders or in confined spaces

Pay is based on experience and whether you have your own transportation with a valid driver's license and tools.
This is a drug free company and there is a zero-tolerance it. There will be random drug tests.
