Position Overview: We are hiring painters with a minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on professional painting experience. You should be confident working on ladders, experienced with a variety of tools and coatings, and able to maintain both efficiency and quality on the job.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of residential or commercial painting experience
- Proficient with brushes, rollers, and airless sprayers
- Able to work safely at heights and handle ladders
- Strong attention to detail and jobsite cleanliness
- Reliable, self-motivated, and punctual
- Valid drivers license and vehicle access is an asset
