Press Brake Operator

Our company is looking for a reliable, motivated, and hard-working press brake operator to join our team. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in metal fabrication.

Job Description:

- Setup and operate CNC press brakes independently
- Accurately select the required tooling for projects
- Interpret blueprints and engineering drawings to form to the customer specifications
- Setup and operate plate rolls
- Consistently produce quality products
- Read and interpret drawings
- Handle material safely and efficiently
- Safely operate forklifts and overhead cranes
- Perform basic machine maintenance procedures
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
- Related tasks and projects as required
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to complete projects on time and within budget

Qualifications/Competencies:

- Experience operating a CNC press brake
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team
- Able to operate a forklift
- Excellent organizational, time management skills and ability to multi-task
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality results
- 3+ years of experience in the metal fabrication industry
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Physical stamina and ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
