Note: The hourly rate for this position is $25 - $32 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:

• 6AM-4:30PM Monday through Thursday
• Duties: Drywall Hanging and Finishing
• Painting
• Rough Framing
• Carpentry Trim
• Plumbing
• Flooring Installing
• Electrical
• Proficient with hand and power tools
• Read / understand Blue Prints

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 5 year Handyman or Remodel experience
• Must have reliable transportation
