Industrial Electrician**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician to join our team on the 2nd shift, working from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with work required every other Saturday. Flexibility is available for some Saturdays off with prior communication.
**Responsibilities**
+ Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical, robotic, and pneumatic issues on most production equipment in a timely and efficient manner.
+ Perform electrical and software troubleshooting of production equipment failures with some direction and guidance.
+ Provide basic electrical and pneumatic maintenance support and training to operators.
+ Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on most electrical, robotic, and pneumatic systems according to specifications.
+ Troubleshoot, repair, and perform basic preventative maintenance for most hydraulic and mechanical equipment issues.
+ Assist with the wiring and installation of new equipment throughout the facility; able to take projects from conception to implementation with some guidance.
+ Make equipment and facility improvement recommendations to the Maintenance Manager.
+ Communicate critical issues to Group Lead and/or Maintenance Manager in a timely manner.
+ Respond to on-call emergencies.
+ Order and maintain spare parts inventory.
+ Train Level I Electrical Maintenance Technicians in basic troubleshooting and repair techniques.
+ Complete required maintenance documentation, including work orders, timesheets, and parts requests.
+ Train machine operators on daily maintenance procedures.
+ Able to weld and fabricate basic parts to repair equipment.
+ Perform general plant, building, and grounds maintenance as required.
+ Adhere to 6S and safety procedures.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
**Essential Skills**
+ A high school diploma or GED is required; technical training in a related field is preferred.
+ Proficiency in industrial electrical skills and understanding of electrical schematics.
+ Basic proficiency in water systems, electronic controls, and pneumatics.
+ Experience using diagnostic tools and electrical testing equipment to troubleshoot.
+ Proficiency in all phases of circuitry and all phases of AC/DC voltage; knowledge of high voltage from 575-3300 volts.
+ Basic knowledge of robotics and PLCs.
+ Ability to operate power tools and hand tools as needed; basic rigging abilities.
+ Proficiency in the use of welding equipment and materials.
+ On-call availability.
+ General mathematical skills.
+ Ability to read, understand, and interpret work orders and equipment manuals.
+ Good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently or as part of a team.
+ Proficiency in English reading and comprehension.
+ Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50lbs routinely; up to 75lbs occasionally.
+ Availability to work overtime as required by production.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Technical training in a related field is preferred.

**Work Environment**
The work is primarily performed in a non-temperature controlled, smoke-free manufacturing environment where the noise level is moderate to loud. You will be exposed to extremes in temperature on a regular basis and required to wear designated PPE at all times while in the plant. Work may be performed near equipment with moving parts or require the use of some chemicals and resins.

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $72800.00/yr.
