General Laborer**
**Job Description**
Join our dynamic team as a General Laborer where you will be an integral part of the production building, working as a concrete worker. This role requires you to have general labor or construction experience, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and comfort working outdoors. You will engage in various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of daily production activities.
**Responsibilities**
+ Learn all the skills listed on the Production Worker Skill Sheet.
+ Gather components required for form and layout as directed by the Leadperson.
+ Prepare forms for the day's pour by cleaning, caulking, and oiling them.
+ Fabricate steel bars into cages for precast pieces as directed.
+ Properly place components into the form at required locations prior to stressing cable.
+ Inspect chuck assemblies for defects and cleanliness, and replace if required.
+ Utilize a tape measure for accurate work completion.
**Essential Skills**
+ General labor experience or construction experience.
+ Ability to lift 50 lbs.
+ Comfort working outdoors.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
+ Experience with hand and power tools.
+ Knowledge of concrete, pre-cast, and production processes.
+ Ability to effectively use a tape measure.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
