Machine Operator**
**Job Description**
Join our dynamic team as a Machine Operator where you will play a vital role in the production process of soy sauce. Whether assigned to the Prep area or the bottling line, you will be involved in various tasks that expose you to the intricacies of soy sauce manufacturing. As part of the team, you will ensure the quality of the final product by performing quality control procedures and inspections both during machine operation and when machines are stopped.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform quality control procedures and inspections during and after machine operations.
+ Monitor equipment for manual adjustments and ensure quality of the final product.
+ Conduct quality checks frequently, considering factors like temperature, pressure, speed, heat, and humidity.
+ Make CNC adjustments for the bottling line operation.
+ Engage in substantial walking and stair climbing, as processes are managed from elevated levels.
+ Troubleshoot issues on the bottling line, including labeling, dispensing, and boxing.
+ Handle large rolls for labeling and assist in boxing and labeling processes.
+ Operate autonomously in Transfer roles, requiring attention to detail and manpower.
**Essential Skills**
+ 1-2 years of experience in food production or a similar process environment.
+ Proficiency in machine operation and manufacturing inspection.
+ Ability to perform basic math, document readings, and read gauges.
+ Experience with CNC machines, manual machinery, and pallet jacks.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Previous experience in manufacturing or machine operation.
+ Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with multi-step processes.
+ Comfortability in hot, humid, and muggy environments.
+ Ability to work a flexible schedule with potential overtime.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
