Press Brake Operator**
**Job Description**
In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating a press brake machine. You will begin by retrieving the setup sheet and gathering the necessary tooling and materials to perform the job efficiently. Once materials and tooling are collected, you will set up the machine according to specifications, ensuring precision and accuracy in every operation. A quality check is required every 20 parts to maintain high standards.
**Responsibilities**
+ Retrieve setup sheets and gather necessary tooling and materials.
+ Set up press brake machine according to specifications.
+ Perform quality checks every 20 parts.
+ Operate additional machinery such as shear and punch press as needed.
+ Read and interpret blueprints accurately.
+ Ensure proper handling and processing of sheet metal.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in press brake operation.
+ Blueprint reading skills.
+ Experience in machine setup.
+ Familiarity with sheet metal processing.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with shear and punch press machinery.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

The work environment is a very clean and organized shop focused on metal processing. We offer openings for both 1st shift from 6:00am to 4:00pm and 2nd shift from 4:00pm to 2:00am, Monday through Thursday.

This is a Permanent position based out of Dresser, Wisconsin.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $46000.00 - $52000.00/yr.
