3rd Shift CNC Operator**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team in the CNC department, where you will be machining parts that contribute to our end products. You will handle steel parts, load and unload machines, and perform quality checks using micrometers, calipers, and gauges. This position offers the opportunity to lead the department during night shifts in the future.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate CNC machines to produce parts used in building end products.
+ Load and unload steel parts from the machine.
+ Perform quality checks using micrometers, calipers, and gauges to ensure accuracy.
+ Follow work order and print instructions meticulously.
+ Monitor the machine and make adjustments as needed.
+ Train to lead the department during night shifts in the future.
**Essential Skills**
+ 3+ years of CNC operating experience.
+ Ability to work independently and unsupervised during third shifts.
+ Capability to lift 50 lbs unassisted.
+ Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
+ Strong understanding of quality inspection processes.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with Fanuc controls on a Haas vertical mill.
+ Skill in set-ups, changeovers, tool changes, and adjusting speeds and feeds.

**Work Environment**
Work in a mid-sized manufacturing company within the machine building space. The company operates on a 4-10's schedule, ensuring weekends are reserved for family time. **Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $24.00/hr.
