Location: Bedford, OH

Shift: 2^ nd^ (3:30 pm to 11:30 pm Monday through Thursday with OT on Friday as needed)

Salary: $22 to $26 based on experience and weld test with a $1 shift differential

We are seeking a skilled and reliable **Welder** with experience in **MIG, TIG, and Aluminum welding **to join our 2nd shift team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures and components to high-quality standards while maintaining safety and productivity.

Job description:

- Perform **MIG and TIG welding** on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum components

- Read and interpret **blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols**

- Prepare materials and set up welding equipment based on specifications

- Inspect welded surfaces for defects and ensure compliance with company and industry standards

- Perform grinding, cutting, and finishing tasks as needed

- Maintain clean and safe work area in compliance with safety policies

- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production goals

Requirements

- Minimum of **2 years' experience** in MIG, TIG, and Aluminum welding

- Strong understanding of welding techniques, tools, and equipment

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings

- Familiarity with welding safety standards and procedures

- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

- Welding certification(s) a plus but not required

- Must have your own welding gear
