Tig Welder Job Description Join our team as a TIG Welder, where you will be responsible for TIG welding stainless steel fittings for industrial hoses. Your tasks will include grinding and finishing parts, setting parts on fixtures for welding, setting up and maintaining the welding machine, and production welding of thin parts .060 thick. This position operates on a day shift from 6:30am to 3:00pm, Monday through Friday. Responsibilities Perform TIG welding on stainless steel fittings for industrial hoses. Grind and finish welded parts. Set parts on fixtures for welding. Set up and maintain the welding machine. Conduct production welding on thin parts measuring .060 thick. Essential Skills Proficiency in TIG welding. Experience with stainless steel welding. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in TIG welding is essential. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Portland, Oregon. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr.
