Job Overview:

CCS Construction Staffing is now hiring skilled sheet metal mechanics for a commercial project in Venice, FL. Candidates must be experienced in HVAC duct installation and able to perform hands-on work with minimal supervision. This is a great opportunity for dependable tradespeople ready to start immediately.

Work Scope Includes:

• Measuring, cutting, assembling, and installing sheet metal ductwork

• Installing hangers and supports for duct systems

• Interpreting blueprints and mechanical drawings

• Sealing and insulating ducts for energy efficiency

• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe jobsite

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of commercial sheet metal/HVAC experience

• Must have own tools and full PPE (hard hat, safety vest, gloves, glasses, boots)

• Ability to work independently and follow layout plans

• Reliable transportation and strong attendance

• OSHA 10 preferred, but not required
