What You'll Do

Communicate with Clarity, Purpose & Impact

  • Craft engaging updates and content to share project progress, milestones, and wins with stakeholders

  • Serve as a communications liaison between project teams, leadership, and governance groups

  • Ensure all messaging aligns with our brand voice and values

Deliver High-Quality Reports & Executive Briefings

  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including issue logs, status reports, and risk registers

  • Collaborate with Project Managers to prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports using EPMO templates

  • Keep data accurate, timely, and decision-ready

Orchestrate Meetings & Events with Precision

  • Coordinate logistics for project meetings and leadership briefings

  • Manage communications, invites, agendas, and follow-ups

  • Ensure seamless event execution with attention to detail

Support Enterprise Collaboration

  • Help bridge departments and project teams across academic, clinical, and operational units

  • Maintain project templates and documentation tools for organization-wide use

  • Build a strong foundation of trust, responsiveness, and professionalism

Make an Impact Behind the Scenes

  • Contribute to special projects, budget tracking, and external stakeholder partnerships

  • Support EPMO leaders and team members with administrative and operational needs

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field

  • 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, administrative planning, or executive-level support

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and digital collaboration tools

Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a related field

  • 2+ years of experience in a healthcare, clinical, or academic setting

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Project or other project management software

  • Understanding of change management or content strategy best practices

Salary Range

$60,000 + depending on qualifications
