Project Manager**

**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee projects for a dry wall interiors/exteriors company. You will manage a team of 10+ employees specializing in framing, drywall hanging, taping, and mudding, ensuring successful project completion from start to finish. Your role will include coordinating with the general contractor to manage schedules and budgets effectively.

**Responsibilities**

+ Project Planning: Lead the planning and coordination of project resources, timelines, and budgets.

+ Team Leadership: Supervise and manage project teams, including contractors, engineers, and subcontractors.

+ Budget Management: Develop and monitor project budgets, ensuring cost-effective procurement of materials and services.

+ Contract Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.

+ Quality Control: Ensure that work complies with project specifications and meets industry standards.

+ Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

+ Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, project teams, and stakeholders, providing regular progress updates and resolving issues.

+ Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations, codes, and standards, including safety protocols.

+ Scheduling: Develop detailed project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones.

+ Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, progress reports, and invoices.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ 5 years of construction project management experience in the framing (wood or metal), drywall hanging, or mudding industries.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Missoula, Montana.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $28.85 - $40.87/hr.
